Digital touchpoint for business customers

Vodafone has a number of complex digital customer channels. The business
and SOHO portals of Vodafone in Germany are two of the most heavily used
digital touchpoints for all of Vodafone.
We serve several divisions of Vodafone, including the acquired Kabel Deutschland and
Unity Media entites.
Kabel Deutschland Vertrieb und Service GmbH, based in Unterföhring near Munich, is the
operational cable network operator of Kabel Deutschland Holding AG. Since the takeover
in April 2014, Kabel Deutschland has belonged to the Vodafone Group.
The aim of the project was a complete migration of the existing web portal for new
customers from Kabel Deutschland to Vodafone's brand design. Three months were available
for the complete migration, including the ordering process and availability check.

Our teams, consisting of several agile Dev-Ops squads, continously develop the business customer portals according to the needs of the customer. The portals are built around modern tech stacks, including headless technology based on Contentful.
